My story so far
My background
It all began for me when I was turning 21 and coming out of university. I started having strong, clear, vivid premonitions and psychic visions during my dreams and waking life. Months down the line, they all manifested in the physical everyday life. This sparked a deep curiosity within me to know thyself and learn what I’m part of – beyond the physical and material plane of existence.
As I moved through my young adult years, I met life teachers who shared spiritual practices and techniques that helped me broaden my awareness and perception, as well as help me manage my energy, mind and emotions.
I also experimented by testing out numerous psychics, mediums, tarot readers, clairvoyants, astrologists and numerologists over time.
Surely, if it’s all a load of made-up nonsense, then, I should receive fundamentally random and different readings, across the board. What I received was specific – not vague nor generic – and consistent readings which were, and over time, turned out to be accurate and true within my life.
My late 20s and early 30s were devoted to my creative career and artistic pursuits which nourished my soul and remains central to my expression.
A catalyst for deep and profound change
In my 30’s, this is when things started to deepen on a much more profound level and at an accelerated rate – especially when I received my own Life Activation that changed everything.
During this session, I felt a heavy and dense energy within my torso surface. This energy had become ‘stuck’ and accumulated over many years. The Life Activation released it.
At this point, I collapsed and passed out.
As I regained consciousness, I immediately felt lighter in my mind, emotions and body. Over time, my vibration lifted. People around me at work could sense this and they started to respond differently towards me, in a positive way. Old negative thoughts and behaviour patterns dissolved and I felt much calmer, clearer and reconnected to my soul blueprint.
Hidden gifts, skills and abilities started to surface, and I knew I was called to be a spiritual healing practitioner. All the jigsaw pieces of the puzzle started to come together and make clear sense to me. I realised why I have incarnated and how I can best serve others.
My path since then
My hunger to expand my consciousness and deepen my activating, healing and guiding practises has only grown.
The more I learn, the more I know there is to learn and appreciate; a beautiful, positive and enriching cycle.
The more I trained and offered healing sessions, the more I noticed a clear and beautiful cycle occurring:
The more I learn, and through the light I receive, the more I want to share it with others.
The more I share with others through service, the bigger my own capacity expands and grows.
The more I expand and receive more light, the more energy I receive and the more I build momentum and advance.
The more I experience this beautiful cyclical process of ascension, the deeper I enjoy it, which encourages me to repeat it over and over again.
My journey in becoming a healer
Lineage and training
I have been honoured to receive training from pure, unbroken lineages rooted in Ancient Egyptian, Ancient Greek, Ancient Jewish, Ancient Roman and Japanese traditions. Lineage matters because it brings depth, consistency and accountability: the practices are time-tested and passed down through direct energy transmission from teacher to student, preserved with care and integrity, over many generations, over thousands of years. The practices are also ethically held and taught with a focus on safety and real transformation.
For clients, this translates into a steadier, more reliable healing vessel and a practice rooted in authentic transmission rather than diluted, distorted, modern pop-up, new age trends.
Becoming a healer has not been without doubt. The more I tested my experiences with discernment, curiosity and the consistency of results, the more it has humbled me.
I quickly learned that humility opens us up to higher knowledge, understanding and wisdom, even from ‘unseen’ light, energy, forces and beings.
Balancing grounded inquiry with openness to the unknown has been essential to my learning and discoveries. I reached a point where the amount of experiences I have had, including what my past volunteers and clients have experienced, the level of consistency, the accuracy, the moments where there was absolutely no way that any human mind or imagination could ever work out or make up, humbled me in realising that reality is larger than what our limited 5 senses and perception can rationally or logically understand.
Learning how to provide various modalities (Life Activation, Usui Reiki, Universal Rays Healing™ and Egyptian Sekhem) – all from different lineages and traditions has really helped me understand and work with spiritual energy in a deeper, more comprehensive and more multi-dimensional way.
There’s an old wisdom I follow, drawn from Hermeticism, alchemy, Sufism, and Buddhism: learn from many sources and test what you learn through practice and inner verification. With discernment and humility, identify what remains consistent and demonstrates beneficial results across traditions — that is likely to be true; what does not is often surface noise.
A personal note
I have a soft spot for the sacred echoes of the syncretic spiritual traditions of Hellenistic and Graeco‑Egyptian practice. I’m also inspired by the timeless beauty of Neoclassical, Renaissance and Romantic art. Expect these threads to weave through and appear in my healing and art work!
Where I am now
At this stage in my life, I have a good enough idea of my role and my place in the cosmos.
There’s no doubt: life is for living, learning, experiencing and manifesting the desires from your heart. There are many occasions I receive random and spontaneous impulses of a deep and profound sense of gratitude and appreciation for the life that has been gifted to me – without yet manifesting any special woman, goals, achievements or desires in my life.
For me, to achieve this state of deep gratitude, appreciation, balance, harmony and wholeness from within, I know is a truly wonderful place to be. I will be delighted to help support you in getting there, too.
