Please read the information below — My Policies, ethics and values and Important safety notes— to ensure your goals and intentions are honoured, and that you receive activations, healing and guidance in the safest, most comfortable and most efficient way.

1) Being fully honest with ourselves and each other
a) Being clear and transparent
We both agree to be as fully honest, clear and transparent in our communication with each other, as much as possible.
b) Being honest and more aware of where we currently are
Along a client's journey of activating and healing, there may be resistances or emotional reactions – especially since we work with resolving shadow aspects, ego resistances, energy distortions and unresolved karma – as their unconscious energy arises.
As the client moves through the sessions, these shift and their consciousness begins expand and their energy raises to a higher vibration.
Embracing these as natural part of the process are important to help you move through it all and achieve the necessary shifts, changes and transformations your soul desires.
If any guidance does not make sense in the moment, allow yourself to sit with it and revisit it later on. When you allow your energy to shift, your perspectives to broaden and your consciousness to expand through learning and experiencing more life, revisiting the guidance can be seen from a higher vibration and clearer and more experienced vantage point.
c) Being upfront
If you are unsure, unhappy or unsatisfied with any of the services, please discuss with me first instead of leaving any destructive reviews. Usually in life, most disagreements or friction arise from innocent misunderstandings.
I am here on your side, to help and support you. It’s a collaborative team effort where we both share the same goal for you.
2) Being heart-centered with pure intentions
I am only here to help:
- Spiritually activate, heal and guide you along your journey, as a way of service to humanity.
- Empower you, providing you with tools and techniques for you to become autonomous, independent and self-reliant. We are all free and sovereign beings. No one should become reliant or dependent on anyone else.
- At Illuminated Heart, spiritual energy healing always comes from the heart and with respect.
3) Treating each other with utmost respect
a) Respecting our privacy:
- Everything we cover during consultation and sessions is strictly private, confidential and material non-public data and information which includes all data and information you share and all data and information I share. Nothing is shared or disseminated outside our sessions.
- Please refer to my ‘Privacy Policy’ for full details.
b) Respecting our boundaries, safety and dignity:
Physical contact:
- Throughout all the sessions I provide, clients will always remain fully clothed to protect their privacy and dignity, and in some cases, will have a blanket draping over them, if required.
- Throughout all the sessions I provide, there will never be any physical contact with any intimate/erogenous zones. For any instances where healing energy is required to flow through chakras or meridians which move through these areas, hands will always be placed a few inches above, never making any physical contact.
- Some healing modalities will require the session to be in-person with physical contact in specific locations of the body. This will be explained in advance. Please see ‘Important Safety Notes’ for a full description of contact requirements per specific modality.
- Your consent for physical contact will always be obtained before the session.
- Your safety, consent, boundaries and comfort will always be honoured and respected as my highest priority.
c) Respecting our time
Delays, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
i) Delays
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they manage their time and plan accordingly to ensure they turn up on time.
- A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted.
- Any delays beyond this grace period will be classified as a no-show.
ii) Rescheduling
From the client:
- If unforeseen events or circumstances mean that the client must reschedule their appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is required, and an alternative time will be offered.
From the practitioner:
- If unforeseen events or circumstances mean that the practitioner has to reschedule an appointment, Illuminated Heart will offer an alternative time and apply a 25% discount to the rescheduled session as compensation.
iii) Cancellations
From the client:
If unforeseen events or circumstances mean that the client has to cancel their appointment, the following refunds apply:
- For notice provided less than 24 hours before the appointment, Illuminated Heart will provide a 25% refund.
- For notice provided at least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the appointment, Illuminated Heart will provide a 50% refund.
- For notice provided 48 hours or more in advance, Illuminated Heart will provide a full refund.
From the practitioner:
- If unforeseen events or circumstances mean that the practitioner has to cancel an appointment, the client will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative appointment time instead.
iv) No-show
- If a client does not attend an appointment and has given no prior notice, no refund will be given. Arrival more than 15 minutes after the start time is treated as a no-show.
d) Respecting our free will of choice
All decisions you make are always from your free will of choice. I only provide suggestions and recommendations based off my training and accumulation of experiences.
If any client become aggressive, abusive, violent, accusatory, insulting or provide false claims to attack my reputation (online or offline), I reserve the right to cease providing my services for my safety and wellbeing.
e) Respecting our responsibilities
My responsibilities:
It is my responsibility to:
1) Provide you with a safe and comfortable container/environment for you to be open and ready to receive the services you request.
2) Provide you with the services you requested in the safest, most comfortable, professional and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities:
Receiving activations and healings is a two-part process:
1) The Spiritual activator and healer provides the session, facilitating the process of change and transformation.
2) It is your responsibility to follow the guidance provided to help you integrate the activating and healing, and apply the techniques and methods provided to ensure the success of the process.
4) Respecting our identities and beliefs
Everyone is welcome to receive activating, healing and guidance – regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation or beliefs.
a) Differing views or beliefs
Accessibility, Inclusivity & Non-Discrimination
i) Respecting our identities and beliefs
- Illuminated Heart is committed to treating all clients fairly and respectfully.
- Everyone is welcome to receive activation, healing and guidance, regardless of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, subject only to the age requirements set out in the Consent to Receive Healing section.
ii) Differing views or beliefs
No two humans have the exact same belief systems. It’s perfectly ok for us to not share exactly the same view on everything.
- Please bear in mind, our views, beliefs and perspectives are always changing and re-shaping over time.
- Where the practitioner and the client hold differing views, the practitioner kindly and respectfully asks the client to sit with what has been shared. Over time, and with more life experience, the client may come to see it differently, and if they do not, that is entirely fine. The client is invited to take on board only what genuinely serves their own growth, enrichment and advancement.
iii) Age Requirements
In general, Illuminated Heart provides spiritual activating, healing and guiding services to people 18+ years of age.
Anyone who is under the age of 18 and wishes to receive any of the spiritual activating, healing or guidance services:
- Must have the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, confirming: 1) the client understands the nature of the service; and 2) the client participates voluntarily; and 3) the client may stop a session at any time.
- Bookings must be made via the parent/s.
- Must have a parent accompany/chaperone them during all sessions.
Please refer to the 'Age' section of Illuminated Heart’s Terms & Conditions for further guidance for anyone under the age of 18 who wishes to receive services.
- Complementary healing sessions are intended to support well-being and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
- Please continue to follow the advice of your healthcare professionals.
1) Contraindications and precautions
- Do not use these therapies in place of emergency medical treatment (for example: chest pain, severe bleeding, stroke, loss of consciousness).
- If you have a serious or unstable medical condition, recent major surgery, or are currently under active medical treatment, consult your healthcare provider before booking a session.
- If you are experiencing active psychosis, severe mania, or suicidal thoughts, these therapies may be supportive only alongside specialist mental‑health care.
- Please tell your practitioner about any implanted medical devices (pacemaker, insulin pump, etc.), pregnancy, or other conditions that may affect hands‑on or hands‑above work.
- If you are taking prescribed medication, continue to take it as directed; do not stop or change medication without consulting your prescriber.
2) How these therapies are intended to be used‍ ‍
These modalities are complementary: they can help with relaxation, emotional support, stress reduction, and well-being, and may assist recovery when used alongside conventional medical or psychological treatment. They are not intended to replace diagnosis, treatment, or medication from qualified healthcare professionals.
3) Physical contact and boundaries
- You’re more than welcome to have a chaperone present or choose remote/distance healing.
- Throughout all the sessions I offer, clients will always remain fully clothed to preserve their privacy and dignity, and in some cases, will have a blanket or draping over them, if required.
a) Location:
- Most healing modalities can be carried out remotely which is generally preferred for both the client and the practitioner.
- The Life Activation, Egyptian Aura Healing and Crystal Healing & Reading must be carried out in-person.
- Universal Rays Healing™ can be done remotely but it is ideal for it to be done in-person.
b) Practitioner contact:
For all sessions I offer, there will never be any physical contact with any intimate/erogenous zones.
For Life Activations:
- Before the session begins, the practitioner will ask permission if it is ok to provide the client with a light, gentle, professional and respectable hug to help energetically and gently open the client’s heart to receive the specific frequencies of light from this healing system.
- The practitioner will be required to place hands lightly on the shoulders and on and around the crown during specific stages of the session. This will be explained in advance.
For Universal Rays Healing™:
- For in-person sessions: the practitioner will be required to make contact, placing hands lightly on non-intimate areas.
- For areas where chakras or meridians run through intimate/erogenous zones, hands will always be placed a few inches above with no physical contact.
For Crystal Healing & Reading:
- Crystals will be handed to you to place on specific locations of the body.
c) Your consent and comfort:
- Your consent for physical contact during the healing modalities stated above will always be obtained before the session.
- Your safety, consent, boundaries and comfort will always be honoured and respected as my highest priority.
- At Illuminated Heart, spiritual energy healing always comes from the heart and with respect.
